Thesis
Ordamos holds and operates a small set of businesses. We put capital behind them, counsel around them, and software underneath them — in that sequence, deliberately.
We are not a fund. There is no cycle to feed and no exit on a clock. What we take on, we intend to still hold in a decade, which changes every decision made before it.

We take long-held positions in companies we intend to still own in a decade. Permanent capital, no forced exit, no fund clock — so the operating decision and the ownership decision stay the same decision.
Operating counsel for boards and founders at the points where structure decides outcome: governance, capital structure, sequencing, succession. We advise where we would be willing to own.
We build the data and software layer our holdings run on — reporting, telemetry, and the internal tooling that makes a portfolio legible in one place. Where it is useful beyond us, we license it out.
Systems
Ownership is only as good as what you can see. Our software arm builds the instrumentation that turns a portfolio into a single, current picture — from raw source to the decision at the end of it.
Pipelines, warehouse and lineage — one source of record rather than four spreadsheets that disagree.
Operating metrics from every holding, normalised and current, with the variance surfaced rather than buried.
The interfaces our own operators use daily — built narrow, on purpose, for the people who run the business.
Diligence and forecasting work that survives contact with the actual numbers, versioned like the code it runs on.
Order of operations
Ownership first. Commitment changes what is worth building and what is worth refusing.
Governance, structure and sequence set before pace. Most of the value is decided here.
Software and data underneath, so performance is observed rather than reported after the fact.
Then hold, and let a correctly ordered business do the only thing it can do.
